Carrying out the coating operation of Chemicals in an open space was also hazardous for the Operator’s health and environment.

    • High rest time of operator after coating due to working under hazardous chemical conditions.

  • Single Axis Reciprocating system with 4 auto spray guns mounted on rotating arrangement for clockwise and Anti-clockwise movement.

  • Dry Type Spray painting booth with an Exhaust system to exhaust over-sprayed hazardous chemicals.
