Anti Surge Bottles are used in the spraying systems to reduce the surge or fluctuation in the spray machine while spraying paint through the spray gun. It ensures the smooth and uninterrupted functioning of the machine. The task of the antisurge system is to detect and automatically compensate for the potential disturbance by maintaining flow through the Spray system above the surge condition. The Anti Surge Cum Filter consists of Spring & Mesh filters of different micron sizes of 100, 80 & 60 microns to suit the
paint viscosity.
